How to enable batch payment and batch invoicing in QBO plus in UAE

You got me here to help you with creating a batch payment in QBO, accounts347.

 

Creating a batch payment is limited to other International versions of QuickBooks. However, I've got steps wherein you can create a batch payment via the Pay Bills page. From there, you can select multiple bills you want to pay.

 

Here's how to accomplish it:

 

  1. Click the + New button and select Pay Bills.
  2. In the Payment account field, select the account you want to make a batch payment for.
  3. Select the checkbox for each bill to pay.
  4. Enter the amount of the payment to be applied to the open bill. If available, you can specify the amount of any credit to apply in the Credit Applied column.
  5. Hit Save and printSave, or Save and close.
