Yes, QuickBooks Online has a 100 email limit for trial accounts. However, we have an ongoing investigation (INV- 67106) for paid versions getting this message when sending an invoice email. Rest assured that our engineers are working diligently to get it resolved.

 

I recommend contacting our Customer Care Support team so that you can be added to the list of affected users. This way, you'll receive email updates of the investigation's status and be notified once it's been resolved. 

 

Here's how:

  1. Click the (?) Help icon in the upper right-hand corner of the Dashboard.
  2. Select Talk to a Human.

  3. Enter a short description of your concern and press Enter.
  4. Click I still need a human.
  5. Select Contact Us to connect with our live support.
  6. Choose Start a chat.

Hello, i only managed to send 2 emails, all the other emails can not be sent, I am still on the trail version

Let's perform some troubleshooting steps for you to send your invoices to your customers, MEGE2.

 

We appreciate you providing a screenshot to better isolate the issue. To fix this, we can log in to QuickBooks Online using a private browser. Then, create and send the invoice transaction. If you're able to do it as expected, you can switch back to the main browser and clear the cache. You can also isolate browser-related issues by using other supported browsers.

 

We can also download the invoices and manually send them outside QuickBooks using Gmail or any other preferred email provider. If the issue persists, your customers may need to perform some steps as well. Their email providers may have blocked our address. You can ask your customers to configure their servers. If these solutions still don't work, you can ask an IT expert to help you with the following solution. Thanks for the feedback, However, I still can't send emails. 

Please note, that when I started using QBO, I managed to send 2 emails to my customers successfully, but now, I can't seem to send an email even to myself. Even on the QuickBooks app, I can not send an email. Could it be because I am using the trial version?

For trial versions, QuickBooks Online (QBO) has a 100-email limit. Since you only managed to send two emails and the provided solutions are not working, I recommend contacting our Customer Support Team. They'll pull up your account in a secure environment and investigate what's causing this issue. Here's how:
