I am saving the company address in Accounts and Settings sections. Later on when i come back to this section, again it shows as empty. Why this is happening?

I am saving the company address in Accounts and Settings sections. Later on when i come back to this section, again it shows as empty. Why this is happening?

Welcome to the Community space, @readment512. You may have missed a brief but necessary action when updating your company address in QuickBooks Online (QBO). Let’s work together to ensure your address is saved successfully and accurately reflected.

 

After saving the changes on the Company AddressCustomer-Facing Address, and Legal Address fields in the accounts and settings, please ensure you select Done to complete the process.
