The cloud version of QuickBooks is QuickBooks Online (QBO). Do you mean you want to transfer the same data from one QBO to another QBO (paid)?
Please be aware that we can only transfer names, items, and accounts from one QBO to another. Then, your transactions can be entered via online banking or manual entry. Therefore, I recommend continuing to use your old subscription rather than going back to the beginning. Personally, I think one of the reasons why we can't transfer an entire data is we offer a free trial version.
If you want to continue using your original QBO company, you can pay for it (subscribe), but contact our QBO Support before doing so. This way, they can decide what to do with your billing. However, if you really want to migrate your data, you can refer to the following articles:
