Hello, prakash123.

Welcome to the Community. I'm here to help change your subscription from monthly to yearly.

You need to resubscribe from your subscription in order to switch to yearly billing.

To do this, you may need to use another card for the renewal. That way, you'll be able to reactivate your QuickBooks Online account. No worries, you'll get a refund for any unused portion of your old plan.

Here's how to reactivate your account:

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Go to Settings ⚙ at the top.
  3. Under Your Company, click Account and Settings.
  4. Tap Billing & Subscription, then Subscribe and enter the updated company profile.
  5. Hit Save.
  6. Click Payment Information type (Credit/Debit card or Net Banking) and enter your bank information, then Resubscribe.

To switch from monthly to yearly billing, here are the steps.

  1. Go to Settings , then Account and Settings.
  2. Choose Billing & Subscription.
  3. Tap Switch to yearly billing.
  4. Hit Switch, then Done.
