I was charged and I'm still supposed to be in trial. Help center doesn't even allow to connect to email to get refund.

I’d love to assist checking the charges associated with your account. However, billing and subscription concerns require personal verification which can only be done by our Customer Care Team. They’ll need to gather personal data to pull up billing, which we are unable to do in this public forum. With that said, I recommend contacting them again. 

 

To reach them, here's how:

  1. Click the Help icon on the top right.
  2. Click Contact Us button at the bottom.
  3. Enter a short description about your concern.
  4. Click on Let's talk.
  5. Choose the method on how you'd be connected to support.

Where is your company located? If you open a trial account, it didn't ask your credit card credential to proceed.
