You have me to help you re-subscribe your account, anujsharma-7503.

As of now, the option to re-subscribe QuickBooks Online for a year is unavailable. However, we can still renew it under the Billing & Subscription page. Let me guide you how:

  1. From the Gear icon, select Account and settings.
  2. Go to the Billing & Subscription tab..
  3. Click Renew.
  4. Follow the prompts to renew your subscription.

Also, if you want to update your billing information, you can check this reference: Update billing, payment, and subscription info in QuickBooks Online.

I'll be glad to help if you have other concerns. Have a good day!

For India, currently we can see only the Subscribe button and so monthly recurring payments is being expected going forward and one time payment option has been discontinued for already existing customers.

There are 2 payment options for subscriptions -

1. Credit/Debit Card

2. Net Banking

Issues with each -

1. Credit/Debit card recurring payments are not possible due to RBI rules which kicked in 1st April 2021.

2. The only other option is NET Banking, where in you give a e-NACH/e-Mandate via Razorpay. Though I have tried this option once already but with no success. I see that Quickbooks and Razorpay & the Bank are not connected well for this. Though I have screenshot saying e-Mandate validated successfully nothing happens post that the quickbooks keeps waiting forever to get a response from Razorpay.

In spite of contacting the customer care via their chat, this is still unresolved for me as well.

In case any has successfully subscribed using the Net Banking payment option. Would request you to share the steps here.

Ok, so apparently successful re-subscription can only happen once your existing plan validity expires. Post that the Net Banking payment option is working without issues. If you have an active plan running, you need to wait it out and then shift to subscription model.

A simple suggestion to QB - If existing annual plan holders cannot re-subscribe until plan validity is over. Please disable the subscribe button and put a message saying you can re-subscribe after this validity expires.

You don't have to confuse users this way, where in subscribe button is there but nothing happens after keying in all the data.

Hi there, 1088512005.

Since Community is a public forum, we're unable to confirm and verify the payment amount. That being said, I'd recommend reaching out to our Phone Support so one of our agents can take a look at your account. Here's how:

  1. Click the ? Help icon.
  2. Enter Talk to a human.
  3. Enter, The subscription payments shows as rs 36000.
  4. Enter I still need a human.
  5. Click Contact Support Team.

I've also added this reference for more information about account renewal: Renew my account subscription.

Let me know if there's anything that I can help with. Keep safe!
