If you'd still want to reach out to Customer Support, simply follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online account.
  2. Hit Help (?).
  3. In QB Assistant, fill in the topic you need help with. You can also enter questions.
  4. Click on Contact Us to speak to a live support agent.
  5. Select the best way to connect with us.

It's easy to change your subscription plan in QuickBooks Online. To decide which subscription level is best for you, let's start by looking at the pricing plans. Once done, please follow the steps below to upgrade your subscription:

 

  1. Sign in to QuickBooks Online as a primary or company admin.
  2. Select the Gear icon, then click Account and settings.
  3. Choose the Billing & subscription tab.
  4. Ensure your payment info is up to date.
  5. Select Upgrade your plan in the QuickBooks Online section.
  6. Review the available plans and then select Choose plan.
  7. To upgrade your plan, adhere to the on-screen instructions.
