If you're referring to our subscription pricing, you can review our list of plans and the features it has on this link: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/pricing/. On the other hand, if you referring to creating a new account on the Chart of Accounts page, you can freely do so and you can follow these steps:
- Log in to your QuickBooks Online account.
- From the left menu, click Accounting and then select Chart of Accounts.
- At the upper-right, click New.
- Enter the needed details and then click Save and Close.
