Not able to update Billing information for my India account. Every time I try to provide our bank account details, I get an error saying - Company update error. Pls help

Can you tell the bank's name you're using? This help me check further if there's an open investigation that related to your concern.

However, unexpected behaviors in QuickBooks Online can be brought about by problems in the web pages. If you haven't tried updating your billing information in a private browser, I recommend accessing your account from there. This method prevents cookies from being stored on your computer, making it a great place to identify browser problems.

Use any of these keyboard shortcuts depending on the browser you're using:

• Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N  
• Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
• Safari: press Command + Shift + N

If it works, clear the browser's cache. This removes the history or log files so you can start with a clean slate.

We are trying to add our HDFC Bank account details. The process goes through all the way - taking Bank account details, redirecting to HDFC bank website for login, OTP etc- but after all that, it shows an error message.

We tried this in incognito browser mode also. So I don't think it is a browser issue.

Also, we have another Quickbooks account, for our US-incorporated company. For that account, we added the payment details without any problem.

Is there anyone at Intuit that can get on a call / screenshare with us to resolve this issue?

It still doesn't work after trying half a dozen times. And they make it so difficult to contact customer support.

Is it so hard for some one from your side to contact me and help me add my payment details? I exchanged a dozen emails with your account manager; he is of no help.
