quick books issues in importing chart of accounts data

Hi quick book is not importing my chart of account data u can see it in the attached file as every thing is ok.

May I know if you have encountered any error message while doing the process? Any additional information will help us determine the root cause of the problem and provide you the most efficient resolution. 

 

In the meantime, we can try performing basic troubleshooting steps. Let's start by logging in to your account using a private or incognito window. There are times the outdated or corrupted site data in the browser causes runtime and unexpected behaviors error in the program. These are the shortcut keys:

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Option + P

If that works, they'll have to go back to their main browser and then clear the cache and cookies to get rid of the accumulated junk files. Switching to other supported web browsers can be a good alternative, too.

Hi Daniela A
kindly please find the attached files when I process to import the file I received the mentioned massages on the step-2 & step-3 file when I changed the account detail type then I received the step-4 massage.

I had also tried to import files through different browsers but still not successful.

kindly have a look if you can help me through this error.
