Option 1: Ensure the details you've entered for your billing info are complete and accurate. To confirm, I recommend updating it from the Subscriptions and billing section:

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon, then Subscriptions and billing.
  2. Click the Edit option under your payment method.
  3. Enter your credit card details accurately.
  4. Once done, hit Save and use.

Option 2: Access your account and initiate the payment through a private browser:

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + N
