As supposedly Admin user, I am not able to see any of his updates since a long time. Also, it appears that he has more access that myself.

As supposedly Admin user, I am not able to see any of his updates since a long time. Also, it appears that he has more access that myself.

Let's get this checked further and fix this, mahmoud. The company admin in QuickBooks Online has complete access to the account and can perform all tasks that the primary admin can, except for modifying or revoking the primary admin's access.
 
The primary admin is the initial user who set up the QuickBooks account and has full access to all features. If you cannot see updates from other users or access certain areas, your permissions may have been altered.
 
To view your current role, click the Gear icon and select Manage user. If your role has been changed, contact your primary admin to restore your access rights. If you still hold the company admin role, I recommend contacting our Technical Support Team for a thorough account check to investigate the issue further. Follow these steps:
 
  1. Click on the Help icon and select the Search tab.
  2. Choose Contact Us.
  3. Enter a brief description of your situation in the What can we help you with? area.
  4. Click Continue, and then choose either Chat or Callback.
