Hi there, zainab-enterpris.
I've got the steps to help you get rid of authentication failure when accessing the Training page. This way, you'll learn more about the QuickBooks Online (QBO) course to get certified.
Your country may not be supported to take the ProAdvisor training. That may be the reason that you encounter authentication failure.
I suggest going to the Accountants & Bookkeepers tab to check if we offer the training in your country. I'll guide you how.
However, if you've confirmed that your country is supported, I recommend logging into your account through a private browser. It disables saving your most recent accessed data. Thus, it's a great way to check unexpected behavior caused by a full cache.
Use these keyboard shortcuts based on the browser you're using.
If it works in incognito, I recommend clearing the cache of your regular browser. This removes the history or log of sites so you can start with a clean slate. You can check this article to see the steps: Clear cache and cookies to fix issues when using QuickBooks Online.
If the steps above didn't work, use another supported browser as alternatives.
Once you've completed the training, you can click Take exam within the QuickBooks Online Certification section. Then, you can download or print badges and certificates from the ProAdvisor menu if you've passed the exam. It helps you show off your expertise on your website.
Please know that you're always welcome to post if you have any other concerns. Wishing you and your business continued success.
