To clarify, are you trying to cancel your subscription? I don't want to see you go, but I want this cancellation process to go easy for you. You can cancel your QBO account in the Accounts and Settings page. I'll show you how.
Once done, you'll get an email confirmation for the cancellation of your online subscription. Also, QBO will hold on to your data up to one year. I'd suggest saving all of your QuickBooks Online (QBO) data by exporting the information so it can be saved, stored, and transferred digitally if needed.
