Can we continue using QB India instance by taking US Subscription?

We continue to deliver the best for your small businesses and medium-sized enterprises.  I have another option so you can continue using QuickBooks Online (QBO) subscription, Rahul.

Normally, the account's region is already set by the region's website in which the subscription is made. With the discontinuation of QuickBooks India, Inuit provides different alternatives to a new accounting for financial management solution in which you can find a list of Government-approved, compliant alternatives here.

However, since you still want to use the QBO, you can sign up for a new account for the QBO US region. Here's a screenshot for your reference:

Then export your data from your QBO India subscription and manually import it to the QBO US version. Although we don't have a direct way of transferring your data over, you'll want to use a third-party application for the migration either way from QBO to QBO or from Excel to your QBO US account or you can also enter the data manually. You'll want to search for one online.

In relation to this, to make sure that you're not being charged, ensure that your account has already been canceled. Learn from this article how your data works after you've canceled your subscription. Also, please know that the article I provided may be in the US region but it works the same way as the international version: What Happens To My QuickBooks Online Data After I Cancel?

Drop me a line if you have any further questions. I hope we stay in touch and get to work together again in the future.

You can use QBO US version or QBO Global version with lower subscription fees. Then purchase a 3rd party service to convert your data.
