QuickBooks Online is a little bit different compared to the Desktop version when it comes to licensing management, Ruddling0796.
You'll need to have a separate QBO account per EIN or business. Follow these steps to add a new account using the same login credentials:
- Go to this website and select your country: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/choose-country/.
- Proceed to the Pricing menu and select the plan that you need.
- Click Buy Now or Free 30-Day Trial. Then, you’ll see one of two sign-in pages:
- If you've recently signed in, it will ask you to confirm the account you want to sign in. If it’s the right one, select “Yes, that’s correct.”
- If you haven’t signed in recently, it will ask you to create an Intuit account. Scroll all the way to the bottom and look for the small text that says “Adding a company to an existing account?” Click the Sign in button next to this. Then, enter the same ID and password you already use for QuickBooks.
- Provide all the information about the second company and follow the succeeding prompts to create the account.
