QuickBooks doesn't allow you to permanently delete a company because of financial compliance and data retention regulations. If you are using the same user ID for both accounts, you can cancel the first one so you aren't charged twice.
First, make sure you're logged into the correct company account, and then follow these steps to cancel your subscription:
