Since your email invoices are not working, I suggest opening your QBO account in a private browser and clearing its cache. Sometimes, cache-related issues can cause QBO to load incorrectly, preventing you from sending invoices to your customers.

If you can successfully log in using a private browser, return to your regular browser and clear its cache.
