Hi I am trying to delete /void a double payment in error , cannot find a way

raised payments and invoices through credit card, now trying to delete them

Hi I am trying to delete /void a double payment in error , cannot find a way

I'll make sure you can delete the duplicate payments in QuickBooks Online (QBO), brigidcurtin.

 

Before doing so, may I know the error you're getting when voiding payments? This is for me to provide an accurate solution.

 

To void a double payment made through a credit card in QuickBooks Online (QBO), follow these steps:

 

  1. Go to the Sales menu and select All Sales.
  2. Find the duplicate payment you want to void and click to open it.
  3. Void the Payment:
  4. Click on the More option at the bottom of the payment window.
  5. Select Void / Delete from the dropdown menu.
  6. Confirm the action when prompted.
