Usually our monthly subscription for QuickBooks is $15.50; this time we were charged $31; Could you please revert on this please rather taking me through going un necessary steps. There is no chat option on your portal; no contact!

Your discounted period is expired and you have to pay the regular rate now. If you wish to keep the lower price, you will need another effort. Utilize the 3rd party tool to migrate your data between QBO accounts.
