If you're looking to connect your bank, here's a simple guide on how to get started:
- Go to the Transactions menu and select Bank transactions.
- Click the Connect account option. If you’ve already connected to an account, select Link account.
- Search for your bank by URL or name, or select it from the list.
- Sign in to your bank by entering your banking user ID and password. Then select Continue.
- Select the bank account that you want to connect to from the Enter account type dropdown, and select the dates to pull transactions from the dropdown.
- Choose the QuickBooks account.
- Click Connect, then select Done.
- Back on the Bank transactions page, select Update. This automatically downloads your recent bank transactions.
If your bank isn’t listed, you can manually upload transactions into QuickBooks as an alternative. Additionally, you can submit a request to add support for your bank within the system.
