You can track your debit note in QuickBooks. However, the ability to print it is unavailable at this time. As a workaround, you can run the Supplier Balance Detail or Supplier Balance Summary report and filter it to show the supplier you need.
Here's how:
You can then get a report with supplier totals to see all the info on all the money that you have paid to a supplier for the year. You can run the Transaction List by Date report and customize it to reflect all the payments made to a supplier.
