I have a QBB file that I have uploaded to convert into QBO but unsuccessful. The conversion couldn't load and several attempts has been made as well.

You can use a third-party application or export your data from QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) as CSV and manually upload it into QuickBooks Online (QBO), Eirena.

Please note that direct migration from QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) to QuickBooks Online (QBO) is only supported if both products are from the same region.

Since you are using QBO International, rather than importing a QBB file directly, I recommend opening your company file in QBDT and manually exporting your data to Excel in CSV format.

Once the data is exported, you can proceed to manually import it into QBO.

You can also consider using a third-party application that's specifically designed for data migration to transfer your data seamlessly from QBDT to QBO International.

To explore third-party options:

  1. Visit the QBDT Marketplace.
  2. Use the search tab to enter relevant keywords related to data migration from QBDT to QBO.
  3. Review the available apps, and select one that matches your needs.

For additional guidance, there’s an article outlining which data can be transferred from QBDT to QBO, although it's tailored for US versions, its principles apply globally: Learn how terms and data transfer from QuickBooks Desktop to QuickBooks Online.
