Hello there, @Anonymous.
I’ve got you covered!
Let me give you information about the promotion in QuickBooks Online.
All subscription rates will be back to the regular pricing once the promotional periods ends. You can enjoy them up to 3 months or more depending on the contract. Intuit also offers 30 free trial with no credit card required.
You may contact our support team to see some update about the promotional items within QuickBooks Online.
Additionally, see this article for the plans and pricing subscription levels in QuickBooks Online.
Never hesitate to hit reply for any other queries about your subscription. I always willing to drop information for you. Keep safe!

Where is your company located?
My company is located in Ireland
You have to buy a new blank QBO account to get the discounted rate.

There is a Copy tool but I am not sure whether it supports QBO Ireland version or not.
Hello,
Thanks for the solution. The problem is that if I have to recreate yet another account to take advantage of the promotion, it is a promotion that only lasts 3 months and not 1 year like what I have now.
When your promotional rate has expired, you will pay the regular rate later. You can open a new blank QBO account and use the Copy tool if it supports the QBO Ireland version.
Ok thanks. I'm not really sure about this solution... How can I contact the customer service directly by email?
You have clicked a link to a site outside of the QuickBooks or ProFile Communities. By clicking "Continue", you will leave the community and be taken to that site instead.
