Hey there, @amospaul700. There are several ways to unlock an account depending on what way it was lockout. I'll provide information that can help you with this one.

 

Before anything else, I'd like to know if there's a specific error showing in your account if you try to access it. This will further help resolve this as quickly as possible.

 

If the lockout is due to multiple attempts to log in, you can see the following message: "Too many invalid attempts, the account is locked out for 15 minutes." After the specified time, sign in again. If the issue persists, let's recover your account. Ensure you have access to the registered phone or email address.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the sign-in help page.
  2. Type in your phone number, email address, or user ID.
  3. A code will be sent if you select a phone number or email address. If you enter a user ID, select which method.
  4. Enter the verification code or follow the instructions in the message.
  5. Reset your password if prompted. Or, you can choose Skip.
