1) other than invoice, there are many other things also.

2) here, you are Sharing to WhatsApp, means you need to open WhatsApp.

Why is the Save and Share (Whatsapp) not an option in my dropdown menu in quickbooks after I create an invoice?

It's possible that a browser-related issue caused the options not to show, dlcllc.

We can perform a few troubleshooting steps that will help us get rid of any unexpected display issues. Log in to QuickBooks through a private browser. This is to isolate the issue since there are times the browser is full of frequently accessed pages.

Here's how:

• Press Ctrl + Shift + N (Google Chrome)
• Ctrl + Shift + P (Mozilla Firefox)
• Control + Option + P (Safari)

Once signed in, create and Save and Share (Whatapp) the invoice. If you're able to do so, return to your regular browser and clear its cache and cookies to refresh the system. However, if the issue persists, try using other browsers like Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, or Mozilla Firefox.

Every time you send an invoice through WhatsApp, you'll have to go to the WhatsApp Web. Let me show you how to send invoices with WhatsApp. 

1. Log in to QuickBooks and create or open an existing invoice. 
2. Select the small arrow icon next to Save and send.
3. Select Save and Share (WhatsApp).
4. Enter your customer’s email if there wasn’t one on the invoice already and enter the message you’d like your customer to see in WhatsApp.
5. Select Share and Close. A new tab will open for WhatsApp Web. If you need to sign in, you’ll see on-screen instructions for how to use your mobile device to help you sign in.
6. Click a contact to send the invoice. If you entered a matching phone number for your customer in QuickBooks, their contact is pre-selected.
7. Tap the send icon to send your message. It includes a link to the invoice you created.

When a customer uses the link, it will take them to a webpage where they can view the invoice. 

You can use these links that will help you manage your invoices:

• Send invoices from your Gmail address FAQ

The easiest way to send Quickbooks invoices via WhatsApp is to use the WhatsApp Business API - this enables import of invoice details that can be sent as a message template via WA. When payment is received, this can be auto reconciled in QB.
