Refund my money

I have signed up for your one month free trial and never used your app at all and I was automatically signed up for subscription and started paying $24-$30 per month without notifying me by email. I want all these money back I was paying. This is so wrong way doing business. I need a quick and right solution on this matter as soon as possible.

Refund my money

Refunding a QuickBooks subscription depends on the eligibility for the refund. Since your account needs to be checked, I recommend contacting our Customer Care Team for your refund concern.  This way, they can review your account via a secure environment and process a refund once approved.   

 

Here's how:

  1. Click Help inside QuickBooks Online.
  2. Select Contact Us.
  3. Enter "Subscription refund" in the description box, then click Let's talk.
  4. Select either Start messaging or Get a callback.

Opening a trial account doesn't need to submit any credit card credential. You have clicked the Buy button and submitted your credit card credentials.
