our quick books renewal due date is over by 31.12.2020. Today while making renewal payment it is not done and showing the error. We can't identify the problem. We are here with attached screen shot for your reference. Please clarify and do immediately.

There are different reasons why we encountered issues in updating the billing info. It may because of the following:

  • Invalid account number
  • Expired credit card
  • Overlimit or past due
  • General decline, no other information provided by the processor
  • The issuing bank will not electronically authorise the credit card
  • The billing Address you entered does not match the address on your statement
