Suddenly I can't get account login verification code in mobile number. User Id: { REMOVED }

First, there are a few reasons why security isn't going through your mobile phone. You can check the following: 

 

  • Make sure that you're typing in the correct phone number. In some cases, Intuit will tell you the number (or the last digits) of the phone number the verification code was sent to.
  • Your phone can receive SMS. Sometimes, if you are roaming, or in an area with poor reception, you may experience delays.
  • Your phone plan allows you to receive messages from short codes (5 Digit Numbers).

 

If the problem continues, follow the account recovery procedure to regain access to your account. For more detailed information, refer to this guide: Recover your Intuit Account if you can’t sign in.

 

Moreover, it's possible that the entered phone number hasn't been set as the default in QuickBooks Online (QBO) for text message verification. To resolve this, log into your Intuit account and confirm the accuracy of your phone number settings.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Log in to your Intuit account.
  2. Select Sign In & Security from the left menu.
  3. In the Two-step verification field, select Turn on.
  4. Ensure your phone number is correct, and select Text message to receive a standard six-digit verification text code.
  5. Click Turn on. Then, enter the code.
  6. Once done, click Continue.

If the issue still persists, try restarting your phone. Afterwards, log into your account to see if you can now receive a verification code.
