@nkalloo wrote:I want to create another company profile on Quickbooks
Hi i like to add another GST account in same company.
Please support on priority.
One QBO account is for one company file. You may manage branches/divisions by utilizing the Class/Location feature available in QBO Plus. Otherwise you should open a new account.

Klent, the process has changed since this post and you need to go through your user icon, but when I try to change the login email to something I use for other companies it says that this login is already in use. Is there a way to get around it?
Hi there, @Peter Hadden.
You can still use the same email address for different companies in QuickBooks by processing the change of an admin user. This user type can manage all other users in the company, along with their access rights.
I recommend contacting our customer service if you are using different emails or login IDs. As much as I'd like to look into this for you, account-related issues are handled by our live support.
To secure your privacy on this public page, we do not address these questions for safety purposes. We have dedicated customer support that can look over for your company ID and change your account information.
Here's how to reach them:
1. Click the Help icon.
2. In the Help window, click the Contact Us button at the bottom.
3. Enter your concern and click Let's talk.
4. Choose a way to connect with us. Start messaging or Get a callback.
Please let me know if you have other concerns regarding your account. I'd be happy to assist you. Have a great day!
I have paid to add another company, it took the payment. The new company does not appear in my list of companies, I have 2 already. So how can I access the new company I have set up as per your instructions.
Why does it not appear in my list of companies on login page?
I can help you find the company that you added recently, Carroll.
This company may be hidden from your list of active companies. I suggest clicking the View my hidden companies button or entering the company in the Search box. You can reference the screenshots below:
If you don't see this option, you can select one company you see from your list. And then click the Letter on the upper right corner of your QuickBooks account. From there, select Manage your Intuit Account.
In this portal, you'll see all your QuickBooks company associated with your Intuit account by following these steps:
This portal lists all your active QuickBooks accounts.
If in any case, you're unable to see the other company you added recently, I recommend contacting our Care Support team. They have tools to pull your accounts on file and search them for you by getting your account details in a secure session. You can follow the steps shared by @JamaicaA above this reply.
In addition, if you'll want to recover your account or update your email or password, feel free to check these articles:
Let me know how it goes in the comments below. If you have other concerns about managing your QBO companies and subscription, I'm just around to help. Take care always.
Quitting QB having just discovered I have to BUY multiple accounts. Ridiculous rip-off!
Most cloud-based accounting apps only offer that option. You can use QB Desktop to manage multi-company files with a single license.
