The country associated with my account is correct (US) but I keep getting an error message saying my zip code (5 digits) contains characters not allowed.

The country associated with my account is correct (US) but I keep getting an error message saying my zip code (5 digits) contains characters not allowed.

It's nice to see you here, @leslie-thecaissa,

 

I want to make sure you're able to update your billing information for your account. If the card have a US-based billing address the zip code is supposed to work. 

 

If you're getting this error multiple time, I suggest contacting us using the steps below:

 

  1. Go to the Help menu.
  2. At the bottom click on Contact us.
  3. Enter the keyword Account Management and Billing in the What can we help you with? box.
  4. On the next screen, scroll down to How would you like to connect with us section.
  5. Choose the contact option you want from the result.

Your post is appeared in Global community. Where is your company located? Do you need to open a new blank QBO US account or else?
