Upgrading my QBO Desktop Bureau to QBO Online which is fine as Desktop been discontinued. When my subscription ends on my desktop will i still have access for read only

I need to have access for 7 years by law to my Clients data and will i still have desktop when my subscription ends as read only.

Where is your company located? Are you using QB Desktop UK version?

If you are using QB Desktop 2020 UK version or older versions, you can buy a one time license for QB Desktop 2020 UK version to make sure you can still open your existing file. Otherwise, you may need two ways to migrate data to QBO Accountant Ireland version:

1. Utilize a migration tool. i.e TPExporter for Desktop, TPImporter for Online
