my banks details changed … I changed it in the system but it is not saving the new credit card number . I tried this several times

Do you receive an error when you save your new card details? If not, please check with your bank to see if Intuit is authorized to take payments from your card.
If Intuit isn't restricted, you can do the browser troubleshooting steps and if it fixes this.
To start, you'll want to log in to QuickBooks in a private window and update your card. If the system will still not save the details, you can go back to your regular browser and clear the cache. If it's the same thing, please try other browsers.
You can also reach out to our email team to report this. They have access to your account, and they can check to see why you can't save your card info.
