i first invited as accountant then deleted it and reinvited as user

I am here to provide details to invite users to QuickBooks Online (QBO).

 

You can consider inviting your user with his/her other email. Alternatively, you can use an incognito or private browser to create an account via accounts.intuit.com. Here's how:

 

1. Open an incognito window. You can press this shortcut key on your keyboard:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Option + P

2. Visit accounts.intuit.com and follow the sign-up process. 

3. After creating the account, go back to the email invitation and copy the link address. 

4. Paste the link into the incognito window and accept the invite.

I am having the same issue. I received a link to register with Intuit to access QuickBooks and when I fill in all the information, I get a message in orange saying Take another look at your email to make sure it's right.

When I click Create account after all the information is filled in, nothing happens. I tried in various different browsers and using Incognito. mode.

I understand you've been experiencing the same issue with creating an account. Usually, the error message you've received will pop up due to an active login with your email. You can request your administrator to send a new invitation to a different email. If the same thing happens, I suggest contacting our Customer Support Team. This way, they can pull up your account and investigate further, enabling us to take appropriate action if necessary.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the (?) Help icon.
  2. Select Talk to a Human.
  3. Enter a short description of your concern.
  4. Click on I still need a human.
  5. Tap Contact Us to connect with our live support.
  6. Choose to Get a callback.

I also faces same thing, tried private browser incognito mode, different email. all not working. please rectify the bug.
