We are trying to renew our subscription but we are getting an error as it wouldn't pick the phone number keyed in. Please assist

I'll make sure that you can renew your subscription, invoices9.

 

To successfully reactivate your account, you'll have to enter a valid phone number including the area code of your region. If you still get the same error message, there may be an issue with the browser you're currently working on. To isolate this case, you can try logging in to your QuickBooks account in a private or incognito window, then subscribe again.

 

Kindly press the following keyboard shortcuts to launch the window: 

 

  • Safari (⌘ + SHIFT + N).
  • Mozilla Firefox (CTRL + SHIFT + P)
  • Microsoft Edge (CTRL + SHIFT + P)
  • Google Chrome (CTRL +SHIFT + N)

If the error is now gone, you'll have to switch back to your regular browser and clear its cache to improve your browsing experience. Utilizing other supported browsers will also help you get rid of these errors.
