We can perform some steps to get the Billing and Subscription window working, aminshabi.

To check if this is a browser issue or not, you can sign-in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account using a private or Incognito window. Then, try accessing the Billing and Subscription page again.

If you can access it without encountering an error message, you can clear your browser's cache to remove the temporary files or use a different supported browser.

If the same thing happens, please contact our Customer Support Team. They'll further investigate what's causing this issue. They'll also help you if you need to update your payment information in QBO.

Here's how to reach them:

  1. Click Help on the top menu.
  2. Choose Contact us.
  3. Enter can't access Billing and Subscription page in the What can we help you with? field.
  4. Click Let's talk.
  5. Choose Start an email to connect with us.

Thanks for letting me know that you've tried the basic troubleshooting steps provided by my colleague above. Since the issue persists, I'd highly recommend contacting our Phone support again.  This is the best thing that we can do here. They'll investigate why the issue still happens on your end and might create an open investigation with this.

 

Follow these steps to contact us:

 

  1. Click the Help icon.
  2. Click the Contact us button.
  3. Enter a short description of your concern something like "error when opening the Billing and Subscription window".
  4. Click the Let's Talk button.
  5. Select the Get a callback button.
