We can perform some steps to get the Billing and Subscription window working, aminshabi.

To check if this is a browser issue or not, you can sign-in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account using a private or Incognito window. Then, try accessing the Billing and Subscription page again.

If you can access it without encountering an error message, you can clear your browser's cache to remove the temporary files or use a different supported browser.

If the same thing happens, please contact our Customer Support Team. They'll further investigate what's causing this issue. They'll also help you if you need to update your payment information in QBO.

Here's how to reach them:

  1. Click Help on the top menu.
  2. Choose Contact us.
  3. Enter can't access Billing and Subscription page in the What can we help you with? field.
  4. Click Let's talk.
  5. Choose Start an email to connect with us.

Thanks for letting me know that you've tried the basic troubleshooting steps provided by my colleague above. Since the issue persists, I'd highly recommend contacting our Phone support again.  This is the best thing that we can do here. They'll investigate why the issue still happens on your end and might create an open investigation with this.

 

Follow these steps to contact us:

 

  1. Click the Help icon.
  2. Click the Contact us button.
  3. Enter a short description of your concern something like "error when opening the Billing and Subscription window".
  4. Click the Let's Talk button.
  5. Select the Get a callback button.

QUICKBOOK SUPPORT HAS NO USE. I AM STILL FACING THE SAME ISSUE AND THEY ARE SO UNPROFESSIONAL TO HANDLE THE ISSUE. WORST SOFTWARE I AM USING

Here are the steps you can perform to open your Billing & Subscription page.To start, let's access your QBO account using a private browser. Private mode prevents storing cache and cookies that might cause problems when running websites. 

 

Here are the shortcut keys you can use:

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N 
  • Mozilla Firefox and Microsoft Edge: press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: press Command + Shift + N

 

Once signed in, go to the Gear icon to see your Billing & Subscription window. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Click Settings, then Account and settings.
  3. Select Billing & Subscription.
  4. See if you still encounter the error.

 

If this works, go back to your regular browser and clear the cache. This will remove the stored cache or cookies to refresh your browser. If the same thing happens, use another supported browser. It could be that the one you're currently using has a temporary issue with QuickBooks. 

 

However, if the issue persists, I highly recommend reaching out to our technical support team to further investigate the root cause of the issue.
