I have subscribed for one year plan recently but my account subscription was cancelled and asking to pay.

In QuickBooks Online (QBO), one of the primary reasons why most of the accounts are canceled for no reason is an issue with the billing information. Let's work together in order to get you back on track.

 

To begin with, let's log in to your account via any of the supported browsers and reactivate your account. I'll show you how.

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Under YOUR COMPANY, select Accounts and Settings.
  3. Select Billing and Subscription.
  4. Click Subscribe.
  5. Review and update the needed payment information.
  6. Select Subscribe.
  7. Click Done.

 

You don't have to worry about any possible charges. You'll not be billed twice since you've already renewed your subscription for a year. Learn more through this article: How to Resubscribe or Reactivate QuickBooks Online?

I could see only the resubscribe option and it mentioned that I am agree to deduct payment from my bank. Why should I pay again?

I can see the urgency of getting this matter resolved, @aatomzresearch-o. With this, I'm here to point you in the right direction to help us check your billing and subscription details with QuickBooks Online (QBO).

 

Since the Community is a public forum, and we'll need to collect some personal information to pull up your billing details, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care team. They can securely pull up your account, check your subscription, identify the cause of the issue, and guide you with a fix. Here's how:

 

  1. Sign in to your QBO company.
  2. Go to the Help (?) menu.
  3. Select the Search tab.
  4. Click the Contact Us button.
  5. Enter a brief description of your concern in the What can we help you with? field.
  6. Select Continue or Let's talk.
  7. Choose the Start a chat option. Make sure to initiate contact during support hours so we can assist you on time.

This needs to be changed! I should not be locked out of my account  3 months before  my  subscription ends. Now you want billing info on file to automatically resubscribe to the service.  That's bull.

Hi there, @T Leaverton. I appreciate your input from every angle.

 

There are reasons why your account got cancelled. And one of them is due to your billing information. To resolve this, you may need to update your billing details. 

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Login to your QuickBooks Online account.
  2. Go to the Gear icon at the top.
  3. Select Account and settings.
  4. In the left menu, select the Billing & subscription tab.
  5. Click Resubscribe.
  6. Enter your billing details.
  7. Follow the onscreen instructions.

You may also consider contacting our Customer Care Support by clicking the Help icon on your QBO account. This way, they can pull up your account in a secure environment and further check why your account got cancelled.
