Accountant access removed from my QBO how can i batch undo

I have QBOA program in US. We have a company in India. We subscribe to QBO for India that was the only thing available when we started the company. This program had option for 2 accountants. This option is not working. The most frustrating thing is the lack of support from QBO and QBOA. Covid excuse can only take you so far. I called the headquarter and they provided the number. I called the provided number as i have called other numbers. They put you on hold and disconnect. There is no way to reach any managers or supervisor. I compare the support staff in US with the India though intuit, it does not come close to being responsive. How do i get help for this reconciliation. I tried to sign up for the QBOA though I feel I should not have to but that does not work either. I have contacted support for the last few days from US and daytime in India.

Accountant access removed from my QBO how can i batch undo

Hi accounthipoint, thanks for reaching out. Request you to go here https://signup.quickbooks.intuit.com/?locale=en-in&offerType=trial&bc=OBI-LL1&offerId=20015510&produ... and create a trial account in QBOA India. Please don't use the same email address that you have used to create QBOA US version. Please use the different email address to create a trial account in India QBOA.

Accountant access removed from my QBO how can i batch undo

I have tried to sign up using different email address but it is not working. I am in Chicago and it gives me some region error. This should not happen but it does. I have tried it many ways and it takes me to a certain point and then it stops. When I sign up it takes me to a page where i am suppose to see the account, there is no account listed. I then enter all my detail which includes India phone number, it asks for some activation code. I have tried and tried. After all that I reached out to this forum. My staff in India has also contacted support. I understand that during Covid environment we may not get the support we expect. I am stuck in my QBO reconciliation. My staff has made an error that is in several years in the past. I should be able to batch undo. My QBO came with 2 accountant access. Now there isn't any. I have never heard QB removing a component of their promised service before. I was provided this subscription with the 2 access and these 2 access is still noted on your websites help area. I am surprise to learn about this change. I don't think Intuit would do this in US. Intuit management in India must have different protocol for service delivery. Change anything at any time and you are stuck. I am surprise no one else has noticed or complained.

Please see link - this is also misleading. This shows that accountant access feature will be with the QBO program. https://quickbooks.intuit.com/in/pricing/. This may not be for this but it is implying that QBO will give you this option.

@nasreenhipoint

I am really surprised we have to purchase QBOA India version. It seems company is very confident in India market.

Right now you are surprise, but when you learn that you have to be a chartered accountant and minimum license purchase is 15 then you will be shocked.

I would not say confident, cocky more like it. It is a shame that though most of the staff are pleasant and well trained individuals. These are the ones we generally contact. The upper management or the objective of the management seems very disconnected with the end user. I have accountant version in US for many many years. I have seen the light, the Indian consumer are still being left in the dark. Many of them may not even realize the removal of this component and its impact. Indian consumer though are quick learners.
