You need a 3rd party solution to do so. Where is your company located?
im in ireland.

Hi there, aine-connemarabr!
Fiat Lux - ASIA is right. At present, the direct debit service is only offered to US accounts. You can try finding an app that offers such a service for your sale transactions. Just click the Apps menu in the left navigation bar and search for an app using keywords related to direct debits.
On the other hand, if you're fond of reading articles about QuickBooks Online, you can check out our self-help articles for International accounts. You can even vote by choosing Yes for the ones you like, and share your feedback on the articles you wish to be improved by selecting No at the bottom part.
Please don't hesitate to go back to this thread if you have other questions in mind. Take care and have a good one!
You have to use a 3rd party payment processor (e.g Gocardless) and utilize another connector to reconcile transactions into your QBO account.

Hi Aine
did you ever get sorted with quickbooks, i am same in Ireland and all my customers have signed mandates.
I recognize the convenience of having the option to use the direct debit mandates for customers, accounts45.
Currently, you can only request Direct Debit for £ (GBP) customers. Hence, you can set up Go Cardless using the QuickBooks Online (QBO) UK version. You can visit this article for more information on scheduling Direct Debit payments from a customer: Set up customer with Direct Debit (Go Cardless).
In the meantime, I suggest utilizing a third-party app that lets you print paychecks by batch. Simply hover over to the Apps menu inside your QBO account and look for an app.
While this feature is unavailable, sending this suggestion to our Product Development Team would be a great time to help improve your experience. They can review your suggestions and might make some adjustments in the next update. Here's how:
Additionally, I don’t want to leave you empty-handed, you'll want to visit our Community Help Articles hub in case you need some related articles for managing your account.
Please know that you're always welcome to post a reply in this thread if you have any other questions about your QBO account. I'll be here ready to assist you.
