Thanks for getting back to us here in the Community. Let me help you fix the 102 error message in QuickBooks Online.

Error 102 is usually resolved within 24 hours. You can perform the basic troubleshooting to isolate and resolve the issue. Please start by manually updating the online bank connection.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Sign in to QuickBooks Online.
  2. Go to the Banking menu or Transactions menu.
  3. Select Update

If you still see error 102, I suggest you proceed with contacting our QuickBooks Support Team. This way, they can securely access your account and resolve the problem with the banking connection.

 

Please follow these steps:

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks account.
  2. Go to the Help menu at the upper right. 
  3. Choose Contact Us
  4. Enter your specific concern in the What can we help you with? box. 
  5. Click Let's talk.
