Hi there, @Tiff10. We're here to ensure everything is running and working seamlessly.

May I know your bank's name and the error message you're getting when linking it to QuickBooks? Some banks have multiple names on our list. You can try logging in to all extensions if there are multiple results when you search it.

Here's how:

  1. From the left menu, click Transactions and choose Banking.
  2. On the Banking page, select the Link account.
  3. In the Search field, enter the bank's URL (example: http://www.chase.com).
  4. Select your bank. If you see multiple options, you may have to repeat these steps to find the correct one.
  5. Enter your bank login on your bank's website, then select Continue.

If you're still unable to connect your credit card, we can perform some troubleshooting steps to isolate the issue. Let's try accessing your account through an incognito window to rule out the possibility of a webpage issue. You can refer to these shortcut keys to open an incognito window in all supported browsers:

  • Chrome: Ctrl Shift N
  • Firefox: Ctrl Shift P
  • Safari: Command Shift N

You can also use a different supported one. If it doesn't work, I recommend reaching out to our Customer Care Support team. This way, they can take a closer look at this issue. They'll also raise a ticket to our engineering team if needed.

In the meantime, you can download an updated list of your transactions from your bank's website and upload them to QuickBooks using a CSV file. After you import your transactions in QuickBooks, you can review them in the For Review tab.

I'd be happy to see you again here in the Community. We're always here to help if you need assistance with managing bank feeds. Have a good one.
