You can still save your GSTR-1, @ho7.
Upon checking our records, I see an ongoing issue about unable to save GSTR-1 in QuickBooks Online (QBO). That is why you encounter this issue. I suggest reaching out to our Customer Care Team so they can add you to the list of affected users. From there, you will get a notification once this issue gets resolved.
To reach them, follow these steps:
- Choose the Help menu in the upper right-hand to access the Search window.
- Enter your concern.
- Select Contact us.
- Choose Start a chat.
