Hello, Just suscribed to quickbooks and i realised that this isnt the right app for my small business & i would like to request for a full refund. Can I get the refund?

We can cancel your account so you will not be billed for the subscription fee. I can walk you through in doing so:

  1. Go to the Gear icon and click Account and Settings.
  2. From the Billing & Subscription menu, click Cancel subscription under the QuickBooks Online section.
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions to cancel your subscription.

For refund and billing concerns, I suggest getting in touch with our Customer Support Team. This way, they can pull up your account in a secure environment which we're unable to do so in this public forum.     

Here's how to contact us:

  1. Select Help (?) at the top right, and click the Contact Us button.
  2. Enter a brief description of your concern something like a refund for paid subscription.
  3. Hit Let's talk.
  4. Select Call, Get a callback, or Start a chat.
