How do I record covid 19 temporary subsidy scheme in QB?

I hope you're fine today, sales173.

In the QuickBooks international version, we’ll have to record the regular transactions to the accounting side. It's because we're not using QBO payroll for the international version. We can use the journal entry feature to record them.

Let me include the steps on how to do it. Here’s how:

  1. Go to the +New button.
  2. Select Journal Entry under Others.
  3. Select the appropriate account in the Account column.
  4. Enter the debit and the credit amount for the accounts you've selected into the Debit and Credit columns.

However, it would be best to consult your account for further guidance and accurate setup of the transactions. They are the ones who can help you with everything you need to know about the process. Also, they can check the posted accounts we should use for this.

Let me know if you have other questions. I'll be here to help you out. Take care!
