Deactivating the login ID from the US country is not an option since you'll still be using the same email ID to your QuickBooks Online India version.
To make sure we're on the same page, are you getting this exact pop-up message This user ID is already taken when creating a new QuickBooks Online company? If so, you can click the Sign in link to continue with the process of setting up a new one (India version).
It normally appears after using the username or email ID from another QuickBooks Online company you created.
