Hi there, @narisa-shillong-. I'm here to lend a hand in making sure you'll be able to download debit notes in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
In QBO, there are several ways how you can download these transactions. If your bank account where the entries belong is connected to the program, this will be automatically downloaded. Please know that some banks will allow you to download the last 90 days of transactions while others can go back as far as 24 months. For more details, feel free to check this link: Connect bank and credit card accounts to QuickBooks Online.
Another way is to manually import these transactions via CSV file. To ensure they will be uploaded correctly, I recommend checking the file and making sure it matches the format required by QBO. For the step-by-step guide, check out this page for reference: Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online.
On the other hand, you can also manually enter a debit note by following the steps in this article: How to create a debit note in QuickBooks?.
When everything is fine, you're now ready to perform the reconciliation process to make sure the QBO balance matches your real-life bank statement.
Let me know how this goes. I'd love to know updates about this. If there's anything else you need to know about downloading debit notes in QBO, feel free to leave a comment below. I'm always around and willing to provide further assistance. Have a good one.
