Welcome to the QuickBooks Community! I'll provide information about converting from QuickBooks Online to QuickBooks Desktop.

 

QuickBooks Desktop is only offered in the US, the UK, and Canada. However, the migration tool is only available to US accounts, or when moving data from QBO USA to QuickBooks Desktop USA.

 

In your case, you can find a third-party app that can convert your data to QuickBooks Desktop. Just click the Apps menu on the left-hand side to find one. However, I can't guarantee that you can use the full capacity of the desktop version in your region.

 

On the other hand, you can check out the QuickBooks Desktop articles, should you need them in the future.

The converter tool is only for QBO US version. If you are using non-US version, you may need to purchase a 3rd party service to convert your data to QBO US version as a workaround.
