How to use larger font in printing using Xprinter?

Hi usersharkasifresh!

Welcome to the QuickBooks Community! I'm happy to share details about changing the font size.

If you mean making the font larger when printing reports, this option is not available. However, you can export the report to Excel and adjust the font size from there before printing.

With regards to sales transactions, you can adjust the font size of the Master template or the template you use.

  1. Click on the Gear icon.
  2. Choose Custom Form Style.
  3. Select the master template or your sales form template.
  4. Click the Select different font option on the left.
  5. Change the font size.
  6. Click Done.

For more references, click on Help and search for the topics you like.

Please feel free to reach back out if you have other questions in mind.

How to use larger font in printing using Xprinter?

Hi there, usersharkasifresh.

I'm joining this thread so I can share some details about customizing the sales forms.

One of the good features of QuickBooks Online is that you can customize sales forms such as invoices, estimates, and sales receipts. Though the largest font size is 12pt, you can create your own template using a Docx document. Then, you can import it to QuickBooks Online.

You can check the detailed steps in this link: Import custom form styles for invoices or estimates .

Shoot me a reply if you need anything else. Thank you!
