Hello
I am using QuickBooks 4.0.9 and Quickbooks online. I wanted to edit my Sales receipts a bit more than standard QB options would allow me so I found this article describing how to use Custom imported form styles in detail
I have two questions though. This article describes editing Invoices and estimates, can the same thing be done for Sales receipts?
The other thing is as the article says:
"At the top right, select the New style ▼ drop-down menu, then choose Import style."
However, as seen in the screenshot below, I do not have "Import style" option, only "Invoice", "Estimate" and "Sales receipt". Is it possible that the import options are somehow locked for my account?
Thank you for the answers

Thank you for providing me an article about importing your custom form styles, @GlobD.
Currently, there isn't a way to import custom form styles using sales receipts. With this, I'll take note of your suggestion about this. Rest assured, I'll forward this to our product engineers so they can consider it for future updates. You can visit this link: QBO Blog. You'll find topics about our new feature releases.
For your second concern, I'm unable to verify if the Import Style option is locked for your account. However, it seems that the Import Style plug-in haven't turned on yet in the settings. This is the possible reason you're unable to see this functionality. To help fix this, let's enable this feature by performing the steps below:
The screenshot below shows you the last two steps.
You can always go to the Custom Form Styles and select the Emails tab. Then, edit the subject line, greeting, and message body. This way, you can personalise the message your customers receive with their forms. For more information, see the Step 4 section through this article: Customise Your Invoices, Estimates, and Sales Receipts in QuickBooks Online.
I'll be right here in the corner if you need further help. Have a good day, @GlobD.

Hello
thank you very much for the reply. Unfortunately, since styles can not yet be imported for Sales receipts, it doesnt do much for me :( Please consider enabling importing for sales receipts as it would help me and many other users tremendously.
Best regards
